职责和责任 Duties and responsibilities:
1. 负责新产品的前期质量策划，老产品的质量维护和改进。
Handle the quality planning for new project, and retain good quality performance for launched product.
2. 针对生产线和客户投诉，分析出根本原因，并制定整改措施，并验证其有效性，防止此类问题再次发生。
According to the feedback from assembly line and customers, find out the root reasons, define the corrective actions and verify the validity of actions, to avoid such defects happen again.
3. 能够运用质量控制工具来分析质量水平，找出薄弱项并解决掉。
Can use quality control tools to analyze quality level, find out weak points and settle them.
4. 能否协调各部门来进行质量提高和改善。
Coordinate quality improvements among different departments.
5. 员工的质量意识并持续监控和改进。
Take measure to enhance the quality awareness, monitor his quality performance and continue to improve it.
6. 主导质量改进专案，推动持续改进。
Initiate the quality improvement project to achieve continual improvement.
7. 质量数据，报表的收集整理和汇报，从而推动质量的持续改进。
Push the manufacturing team to continual improvement through the collected data and information on the report.
8. 主导涉及质量区域规划，实施和更新，包含看板，不良品，检验区。
Handle the quality area planning, implement and update related to production line. Such as Kanban, Non-confirming area and inspection area.

任职要求 Requirement:
1. 大专及以上学历，机械制造专业。
College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing.
2. 5年以上钣金质量检验工作经验，具备现场管理工作经验。
More than 5 years working experience in sheet metal quality inspection, with site management experience.
3. 熟悉图纸和量具。
Good understanding of the GD&T and measurement instrument.
4. 能够熟练运用质量管理工具进行数据对比、分析和整理。
Be familiar with quality tool and methodology, such as 7 tools, QCC and six-sigma.
5. 较强的工作责任心。
Strong sense of responsibility.
6. 具备沟通协调能力。
Good communication and coordination skills.
7. 熟练使用CAD、Solid works、Solid Edge等画图软件更佳。
Can use CAD, Solid works, Solid Edge and other drawing software better.
