(1) Technical and disciplinary leadership of the department, comprising the functions Procurement, Warehouse, Production Planning and International Freight Management. (2) Personnel-, investment-, budget- planning and responsibility. (3) Definition, implementation and monitoring of departmental KPIs. (4) Supervision and development of existing and new suppliers. (5) Management and negotiation of material prices, contractual terms and conditions of purchase. Safeguarding of compliance with company internal, national and international rules and regulations. (6) Supervision of supplier claim management. (7) Design and management of efficient warehouse operations, including layout optimization and inventory accuracy. Implementation of best practices for inventory control, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment. (8) Implementation of safety and security measures within warehouse facilities. (9) Development, implementation and execution of a state-of-the-art Production Planning. (10) Management and negotiation of contracts with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Safeguarding of compliance with company internal, national and international customs and trade rules and regulations. (11) Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and production planning, reduce lead times, and increase operational efficiency. (12) Collaboration and coordination with cross-functional internal and worldwide teams. (13) Collaboration in the development and annual adjustment of the company’s strategy. (14) Derivation and implementation of department’s strategy in alignment with the overall company’s strategy and business objectives.
岗位要求Profile Requirements: (1)Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics, business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (2)More than 5 years’ experience as Head of department of Procurement, Logistics or Planning in the manufacturing industry. (3)In-depth knowledge Purchasing, which including the strategy procurement and operational procurement. (4)Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts with the suppliers who provide the equipment, materials and the services. (5)Good knowledge and experience with SAP system (6)Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, data sensitive and detail focus. (7)Structured way of working and process-oriented thinking and acting (8)Strong pressure resistance ability. (9)Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial behavior. (10)English as the working language, knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
