Job Responsibilities: 1. Offer Value proposition to clients, propose concept, calculate, and generate sales offer 2. Establish, build, and maintains strong client relationships with major accounts and meets personal sales targets. 3. Identify new business opportunities and/or commercial partnerships. Define Sales Strategy. 3. Participate with other key account managers and sales management to develop sales strategies for national/global accounts and help to identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy 4. Develop new relationships and detect and realize new business opportunities in cooperation with other functional disciplines. 5. Act as Key Contact to clients, provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyze, based on reporting guidelines. 6. Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments 7. Provide technical insight/opinion to the Engineering and Production Team for new product Development. 8. Provide technical insight to the Production & Quality Team as when required 9. Identify and address risks and opportunities to benefit customer relationship and our business 10. Provide guidance to Production Planning 11. New Customer Project Management coordination with Engineering and Project Team 12. Review and analyze customer forecast/orders through Order Management Team 13. Initiate/coordinate contract (LTA/SA) discussion 14. Define negotiation margin
Qualification Requirements: 1. 3+ years relevant working experience in automotive & industrial sales 2. Proven record of new business development 3. Good technical Knowledge of Gears 4. ERP / SAP System Knowledge 5. Good Knowledge of MS Office 6. Communication Skill, Team Work, Punctual, Good Interpersonal Skill, Delegation 7. Able to travel frequently. Job based in Changzhou.
