Role Description岗位描述：
Responsible for the Co-*** production workshop normally running, including the safety, quality, people, order, environment, etc.
负责代工生产车间的全面管理，包括安全，质量，人员，订单和环境等。

Key Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. In charge of production onsite-management
生产车间整体工作协调与安排；
2. In charge of production workshop safety, improving operator safety awareness.
生产车间安全工作跟进和落实，员工安全意识不断提高；
3. In charge of production quality, improve operator quality awareness.
产品质量提升和保障，员工质量意识不断提高；
4. Review and arrange daily and weekly schedule, focus on the lead time.
合理安排生产进度，完成订单；
5. Responsible for the introduction of new equipment and new processes.
负责新设备和新工艺的导入工作。
6. Responsible for process related data statistics and analysis in the production process, provide process support for continuous improvement, cost optimization, quality improvement, etc.
负责生产过程中工艺相关的数据统计和分析，为车间持续改善，成本优化，质量提升等提供工艺支持；
7. Responsible for the collection, analysis, and improvement of production problems of new products in the design and transformation stage, as well as the development, selection and configuration of process equipment, tooling, and station equipment at each stage, to ensure the smooth entry of products into mass production.
负责新产品在设计转化阶段各个生产问题点的收集、分析和改善工作，以及各阶段工艺设备的开发、选型配置等工作，确保产品顺利进入量产；
8. Production operator monthly and normal performance.
生产员工的绩效考核；
9. New employee training, and team development.
新员工培训、人员培养和梯队建设；
10. Other works that from the manager.
上级领导交代的其他事宜；

Competence Requirements岗位要求:
1. College degree or above, major in food, chemical, nutrition or related.
大专以上学历，食品，化工，营养等相关专业；
2. 8 years’experience in health product manufacturer plant, more than 5 years for production management on site, about sachet, tablet, tub, etc.
八年以上大健康终端产品相关工作经验，五年以上现场管理经验，特别在片剂、条包、罐体和胶囊等包装领域；（必须！！！）
3. Familiar with different kinds of health product packing machine and process.
精通各类大健康终端产品的生产包装工艺和相关设备。
4. Good communication skills, resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility.
良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，责任感强；
