岗位职责：
1.熟练了解冲压连续模具及问题解决能力.
Be familiar with progressive tooling and problem solve skills.
2.能够识读产品/模具图纸. Be able to read and understand tooling/products drawing.
3. 清楚/遵守模具保养规则进行模具日常保养，改善及优化.
Be able to understand / follow tooling maintenance procedure/make proper daily tool maintenance / improvement.
4.能够存在有问题模上提出合理的建议. Be able to provide suitable proposals for tooling modification when tooling is needed.
5. 能接受加班/依公司订单实际情况调整工作时间.Able to work on overtime/ follow the work Arrangement according to actual company demand situation.
6.严格遵守公司各种规章制度 Strictly to follow every regulation from the company.
7.Finish other work arranged by dept. Leader.完成部门领导安排的其它工作。
8. 执行公司安全卫生和环境保护规章制度，佩戴防护用品，确保安全生产.Implement the company's safety, health and environmental protection rules and regulations, wear protective equipment to ensure safe production.
9. 积极完成公司各项环境管理目标、指标、执行环境管理方案，按照公司规定处置各类废弃物。Actively fulfilling the company's environmental management objectives and targets, implementing environmental management programs, disposing of all types of waste in accordance with company regulations.

任职要求：
1.At least 5 years working experience in the tooling field, minimum 3 years work experience in Tool making for progressive stamping dies.
5年以上模具行业工作经验，3年以上级进模模具制造经验。
2.Know-how to operate tool shop machines. 了解如何操作模房的机器。
3.Basic knowledge of CAD is a plus. 有CAD基础者优先
