Qualifications: Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate degree in Electromechanics, International Trade, or related fields. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the electromechanical industry. Candidates with knowledge in sand treatment, shot blasting, and other casting equipment will be given preference. Language Proficiency: Exceptional English proficiency with fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is essential. The ability to seamlessly communicate with international clients and execute sales orders is required. Adaptability and Resilience: The capacity to handle pressure and adapt to changing environments. Willingness to undertake overseas travel and exhibit a profound enthusiasm for international sales. Collaboration and Communication: A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to challenges and robust interpersonal communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office suite and the ability to interpret CAD drawings are necessary. Experience: Prior sales experience in the custom automation industry is preferred. Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel nationally as needed.
