Responsibilities/职责

? Organization, planning and implementation the entire Q process, use Q tools and create of Q documents for new development and change projects.

? Implementation of customer special requirements (CSRs) as part of the series, product industrialization and change management process.
? 作为量产、开发项目和变更管理过程的一部分，实施客户特殊要求（CSR）。
? Participation in the creation/review of D- and P-FMEAs in the cross-functional team.
? 在跨职能团队中参与创建/审查 D-和 P-FMEA。
? Review of D- and P-FMEAs with the relevant specialist departments in the event of product or process changes.
? 在产品或过程发生变化时，与相关部门一起审查 D-和 P-FMEA。
? Planning and implementation of potential analysis, internal product and process audits as well as customer audits.
? 规划和实施潜在分析、内部产品和过程审核以及客户审核。
? Planning and execution of the production process and product release with the customer as well as within the organization to obtain delivery release.
? 与客户及组织内部共同规划和执行生产过程和产品放行，以实现交付。
? Evaluation/assessment of product and process risks using FMEA.
? 使用 FMEA 评价/评估产品和过程风险。
? Involved into manufacturing feasibility assessments in the RFQ phase / for series changes.
? 参与在询价阶段/针对变更进行的可制造性评估。
? Function as an interface to the customer in Q issues (e.g.: complaints during the project phase, etc.).

? Project reporting both internally and to the customer.

? Other tasks assigned by direct line manager.

Requirements/要求

? Professional experience in quality and project management.
? 质量和项目管理专业经验。
? Familiar with IATF16949:2016 and VDA6.3, with internal IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditor certificate.
? 熟悉 IATF16949:2016 和 VDA6.3，持有内部 IATF16949 和 VDA6.3 审核员证书。
? Familiar with automotive core quality tools.
? 熟悉汽车核心质量工具。
? Familiar with GD&T.
? 熟悉 GD&T。
? Good data statistics analysis capability.

? Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical or engineering related majors.
? 本科或以上学历，机械和工程相关专业。
? Good communication skills, able to work independently.
? 良好的沟通能力，能够独立工作。
? Fluent in Chinese and English (written, oral).
? 中英文流利（书面、口头）。
