To delivery successful Program from quotation to mass production phase, as virtual General Manager of Program, lead a cross-function team to achieve QCD objectives of Program.
Responsibility:
1. Authorized as project manager to a specific project by PM director according to project requirement. 2. colloborate with function directors to get assigned team members for specific projects, effective after approval by approval of General Manager. 3. Make internal and external build plans based on customers' demand. 4. Work as the major contact window between Sunway and customers, manage the communication between the project team and customers and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify and highlight the risks that may impact delivery, quality and cost of the project in advance, to reduce the risks to mimimum level. 7. Prepare Internal Cost Calculation based on project team's input. Update regularly and get approval following the company's financial process flow. 8.Timely track the progress of project tasks, and lead team members to take corrective measures to ensure the progress. 9. Arrange internal production preparation, production, inspection, and report submission as customer requires. Obtain customer approval, and deliver parts on time. 10. Arrange customer audit and visit. Being in charge of reporting to customer, making action plan and monitoring the progress.
Job qualifications 1. 4-years university bachelor degree or above in EE or related engineering. 2. English capability is enough for daily work and oonference call with global customers, both oral & wirtten. 3. Engineering background, such as R&D, Design Engineer, Process or quality, basic knowledge of molding, plating, soldering and assembly. 4. Full-time PM experience no less than 3 years in electronics related manufacturing MNC company. 5. Solid PM experience of QCD management within complete project lifecycle time. 6. Professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset and principle. 7. PMP certification is plus.
