ACCOUNTABILITY/RESPONSIBILITY 1. Monitor direct material demand fluctuations, lead the demand and supply meeting with oversea plant. 2. Lead team to place and adjust PO to internal & external suppliers based on MRP and special notification from planning or customer care teams. 3. Track order acknowledgment and take effort to mitigate supply gap on both trading parts and raw materials through multiple channels and methods. 4. Support PPAP file transmission and take the responsibility on intercompany annual price negotiation. 5. Organise monthly S&OP meeting and participate weekly raw material internal communication. 6. Approve inbound air shipment and find practical solutions to reduce air freight cost. 7. Inventory and stock control, find the solution at the root level. 8. Be responsible for analytic reports, provide feedback to leadership and contribute to other global procurement cascaded objectives and initiatives. 9. Establish standard logic and methodology for key supply index such as safety stock, escalation events, air freight approval etc., and standardise workflows. 10. Achieve stakeholder satisfactory. 11. Continued improvement on current value stream, co-work on digital tool development. 12. Team management and talent development
REQUIREMENT Education & Professional Background: 1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, statistic, electrical engineering or other relevant major 2. More than 5 years of purchase planning or supply chain experience with at least 2 years management role 3. Preferably automotive industry 4. Strong problem shooting capability and be good at effective communication with oversea suppliers 5. Excellent data analysis skills, Excel, and Power BI etc. 6.
