Responsibilities: -Industrialization of new machines in development projects with the teams at the production locations (ACHA). -Set up and maintenance of a network of internal/external experts for support in industrialization tasks. -Preparation for Prototype and 0-series manufacturing -Responsible for related drawing release, system data maintain, materials/tools preparation, sample machine assembly, working instructions for new product/ version upgrade -Responsible workflow (due to design change) follow up, system data maintain, new drawing release and take back obsolete drawings, provide training for the assembly -Responsible for working instruction edit, update, and print to shop floor -Responsible for tools & fixtures design and improvement -Provide technical support and technical solution for the problems happened in production -Responsible for work station design, layout set up, line balance study and optimization, capacity analysis and productivity improvement
Requirements: - College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering/IE/quality/Material or similar - Manufacturing or assembly experience more than 2 years - Has good understanding and experience about lean manufacturing - Proactive, down to earth, open-minded - Familiar with Microsoft Office as Word, Excel, PPT etc. - Fluent English (written and oral) - Auto CAD & SAP knowledge
