- 熟悉质量工具，并能熟练使用质量工具进行问题的诊断及质量改进
Be familiar with quality tools (（e.g., 6sigma, 8D report, 5Why, FEMA, MSA, SPC）, and proficient in using quality tools to diagnose problems and improve quality.

- 负责产品质量数据统计、更新和分析，对质量趋势及改进措施有效性实施跟踪
Responsible for collecting, updating and analyzing the quality data. Tracking the improvement effectiveness and the quality trend

- 熟练掌握本部门产品的标准&制程&应用，高效地处理本部门质量问题
Be familiar with the BU products' standards & processes and applications. Be effective dealing with quality issues.
- 熟悉相关业务部门（包括供应商&客户处）产品的标准&制程&应用，有效处理质量问题
Be familiar with the relative products' standards, processes and applications (include supplier & customer side), dealing with the relative quality issues
- 能够策划本部门的内审活动，对产品线进行定期审核，对发现问题跟进改善并识别改进机会
Have the ability to do the internal audit. Auditing the product process regularly, tracking the corrective actions for the non-conformances and recognizing the improvement opportunities.
- 主导质量改进项目，优化质量处理流程
Leading quality improvement projects and optimizing the quality process.
- 负责质量意识的宣贯
Responsible for quality awareness culture
- 参与新产品项目的质量控制
Participating in quality control for new product projects

任职资格:
84 有3年及以上工作经验，其中与质量控制相关工作经验2年及以上
At least 3 years work experience, including at least 2 years in quality control (PLUS)
84 全日制本科及以上学历, 自动化、电子、电气或机械类等相关专业
Bachelor or above, major in automation, electronics, electrics, machinery or the related major (MUST)
84 六西格玛黑带证书并有相关改进项目的实战经验
Six sigma black certification and project practice are plus.
