职位描述Job description：
1.Collect and document technical requirements for our software solutions directly from the customers.
直接从客户那里收集和记录对于KM.ON软件解决方案的技术需求。
2.Identify customer requirements and propose technical improvement actions for KM.ON products.
识别客户需求，为KM.ON产品提出技术改进措施。
3.Build close relationships with our customers and be able to draw a clear picture of their business processes.

4.Champion localization for the Chinese market and identify trends that appeal to our customers
支持中国市场的本地化，并识别吸引客户的趋势。
5.Act as a bridge between our product owners in Germany and our customers in China.
作为德国产品负责人和中国客户之间的桥梁。
6.Assist with our solutions ahead of deployment on customer sites.
在客户处，协助KM.ON解决方案产品的部署。
7.Check whether the requirements are within the scope of technical realisability and support our team in the technical implementation.

8.Develop customer-oriented and innovative solution strategies on the basis of the requirements and check them with regard to possible risks and economic viability.

9.Support us in the development of product-spanning concepts.

10.Coordinate and shape the further development of our product portfolio.

岗位要求Requirements：
1.Have a deep knowledge of software systems integrations and feel comfortable in an agile environment.

2.Have a track record of integrating various applications and enable app to app communication via various communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, HTTP, websockets, and webhooks.

3.Be fluent in the Chinese tech ecosystem.

11.Bachelor degree or above,Minimum of 3 years' working experience in related position.
