Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for the overall internal & external logistics management to ensure the dynamic balance between the service and cost advantage, and therefrom to create the company’s strategy advantage in competition, including but not limited within the follows: 82To ensure the delivery on financial, operational, and business objectives, including but not limited to Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Productivity, and Cycle Time; 82Be responsible for SIOP (Sales Inventory Operation Process) to balance the demand and supply; 82To manage the capacity plan to ensure the optimal throughput and cost efficiencies in accordance with internal Schueduling Strategy, Finished Goods Strategy and Raw Material Strategy; 82To manage and monitor the SAP/ MRP system, approved production plan and daily status, dispatch schedule and delivery result, raw material plan and delivery result, approved outsourcing plan to achieve 100% customer on-time deliveries; 82To monitor program launches and product changes. To implement countermeasures and adjust planning systems to avoid any line down. 82To develop and optimize logistics network, transportation system, 3rd party logistics provider, risk delivery management and mitigation plan; 82To control and optimize the inventory levels and structure to minimize the slow-moving, to improve the ITR; 82To lead and support the development of positive relationships with the customer, supplier, and all other stakeholders towards the excellence of operations as well as the best win-win result; 82To manage and develop the department goals and objectives in line with the overal business strategies by coarching and develop the staff in team-work, motivation and performance metrics; 82 To lead and support the compliance to laws and regulations related ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001, within the department and help to save natural resources in the daily work, and by continuous improvement. Job Requirement Educational background: -Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering is preferred, or equivalent coupled with higher degree. Work experience: -Prior relative and supervisor experience is necessary. -More than 5 years Materials Management experience and achievement. Professional knowledge: -Working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, warehouse, shipping and receiving, ERP planning systems; -Strong mathematical, analysis skills and lean concept required (VSM); -Strong personal computer skills, and MS Office (excel, word, power point). Soft skills: -Structured working style, willingness to travel, open-minded, team player, communicative, reliable. Language skills: -Good English and Chinese skills
