1, Responsible for the daily lab management（testing arrangement, guide the testing method，coach tester etc.）
2, Responsible for creating the lab testing SOP and optimize in daily works
3, Responsible for summary the testing report and communication with related parties.
4, Responsible for testing equipment calibration with third party.
5, Responsible for communicating with HQ Lab’s staff for testing methodology.
6, Responsible for incoming inspection for raw materials.
7, Responsible for communicating with customers to understand customers’ requirement of material tests, prepare samples and arrange internal tests accordingly.
8, Responsible for communicating with 3rd party labs and arrange material tests by customer requirements. Keep close contact with the labs to assure correct test results.
9, Finish the other tasks assigned by supervisor.

必备资质 / Qualification:
1, At least 5 years of total working experience, no less than 3 years of experience in lab.
2, Bachelor degree in material engineering, composites (FRP) or related.
3, Fluent English in writing.
4, Good communication skill, open minded.
5, Experience of lab from composites industry (core material, fiberglass, resin, composites) will be preferred.
