Job main targets
61 Engineering and procurement/industrialisation of production facilities
61 Analysing weak points in the manufacturing processes
61 Participation in the planning, engineering and maintenance of the required operating resources
61 Developing and implementing optimisation solutions to improve product quality, economic efficiency and personal safety
61 Ensure regulatory requirements regarding qualification, validation, calibration and change management
Leadership tasks
61 Technical responsibility (site-specific) for specific plants/production processes and/or plant types as well as knowledge of the products.
61 Ensuring the flow of information and communication between higher and lower-level units
61 Expert on audits
61 Adhere to and exemplify GMP rules
General tasks
61 Industrialise and validate processes: Overall coordination and implementation of processes
61 Coordinate platform industrialisations and validations: Overall coordination and implementation of platform industrialisations
61 Develop and implement optimisation solutions to improve product quality, economic efficiency and personal safety
61 Analyse and eliminate weak points in the manufacturing processes
61 Draw up specifications and assess concepts and specifications (utility value analyses/comparisons etc...)
61 Responsibility for the implementation of commissioning and acceptance of production plants as well as the creation and implementation of qualification and validation plans
61 Cross-divisional coordination and responsibility for tasks in product maintenance teams and project teams
Employment Requirements
61 Basic education: Completed basic training in the technical field with diploma e.g. polymechanic / production mechanic / automation technician
61 Continuing education: Further education in the technical field with diploma (higher technical college)
61 Work experience:
o 6 years or more of professional experience in the field.
o Or with additional further education (e.g. MAS)
61 Skills:
o Very good team player
o Very good interdisciplinary thinking & acting
o Very good solution orientation / problem solving
o Good knowledge of English with language diploma
