Job main targets
61 Sampling of injection moulds and optimisation of injection moulding processes

Tasks
61 Responsible for running sampling / tests and optimisations of the injection moulding processes including re-validations and new process inventions in accordance with internal regulations
61 Provide technical support to injection moulding departments, supervise and resolve malfunctions in existing processes
61 Assumes responsibility for the organisation, preparation and implementation of the qualification of machines and systems
61 Responsibility for the implementation of methodical problem solving
61 Passing on specialist knowledge as a practical trainer for trainees and employees in accordance with the internal training programme and contact person for the vocational trainer
61 Responsible for audits as an audit expert on injection moulding topics
61 Active participation in the continuous improvement process incl. responsibility and coordination of the implementation of CIP proposals
61 Basic education: Basic training as a plastics technician, plastics apprentice or polymechanic with professional experience as a plastics technician

Qualification:
61 Continuing education: Higher technical school an advantage
61 Work experience: 7 years or more of professional experience in the subject area
61 skills:
o Very good ability to work in a team
o Very good documentation skills
o Good knowledge of English with language diploma
