Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the management of water/electricity/gas equipment, sewage systems, dehumidification systems, distillation/recovery systems, sewage/drainage systems, fire protection systems, and maintenance of factory facilities. Ensure that all equipment and facilities in the responsible area operate well and comply with national laws and regulations.
负责区域涵盖：水/电/气设备的管理，污水系统的管理，除湿系统管理，精馏/回收系统管理，排污/排水系统管理，消防系统管理 和厂房设施的维护。确保所负责区域所有设备设施运行良好和符合国家法律法规要求。
2. Reasonably arrange the work of the electrician team, carry out AM, PM, and hazard investigation to ensure the safety of electricity use.
合理安排电工班组工作，做好AM，PM和隐患排查，确保用电的安全。
3. Manage facility technician, well arrange subordinate daily job, focus on utility machine’s sustain and PM plan implementation (ensure no extra OT for each staff).
管理设施技术员，合理安排下属日常工作，关注机器的状态和PM实施计划；
4. Strictly implement the one position two person system, and all arrangements must comply with national laws and regulations to ensure the safety of employee operations.
严格执行一岗双人制度，所有安排需符合国家法律法规的要求，保证员工操作安全。；
5. Pay attention to employee skill training and ensure that employees obtain job certificates before starting work.
重视员工技能培训，确保员工获得上岗证书再工作。
6. Establish WI/OI of machines, well train technicians to follow that.
建立机器的WI/OI，指导技术员按照WI/OI执行；
7. Pay attention to water/electricity/gas consumption to ensure reasonable energy consumption costs.
关注水/电/气消耗，确保合理的能耗成本。
8. Spare parts and cost control.
备品备件和成本控制；
9. Collaborate with relevant departments to review facility related contracts and ensure that technical specifications and construction plans meet internal and legal requirements.
与相关部门合作，对设施相关合同进行评审，确保技术规格书和施工方案满足内部和法律法规要求。
10. Support for building repair and renew.
支持房屋维修和翻新；
11. 6s management: Regularly conduct environmental and safety hazard investigations within the department to continuously reduce safety risks.
6S管理：定期在部门内开展环保和安全隐患排查，不断降低安全风险。
12. Obey plant EHS management policy, do well related work of ISO14001.
服从工厂EHS管理要求，切实做好本部门的ISO14001相关工作；
13. Learn EHS knowledge, cooperate with plant to do EHS work, make sure not violate EHS laws and regulations or company related policy.
认真学习EHS知识，配合工厂EHS工作，确保本部门不违背EHS法律法规及公司文件规定。
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
本科学历以上；
2. At least 5 years’ experience in facility management. EHS experiences are appreciated.
5年以上设施管理经验，有EHS经验优先。
3. Familiar with the working principle of water, electricity and gas related equipment.
熟悉水电气相关设备工作原理；
4. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on fire protection, environmental protection, special equipment, etc.
熟悉消防、环保、特种设备等相关法律法规；
5. Understand the relevant knowledge of Infrastructure.
了解基建相关知识；
6. Understand the relevant knowledge of dehumidifier/freezer/air compressor parameter configuration, etc.
了解除湿机/冷冻机/空压机参数配置等相关知识；
7. Understand the sewage treatment process and working principle.
了解污水处理流程和工作原理；
8. Understand SRS, distillation process and working principle.
了解SRS，精馏处理流程和工作原理；
9. Having high and low voltage electrician certificate, intermediate fire engineer certificate, and special equipment management certificate.
有高低压电工证，注册消防工程师执业资格，特种设备管理证；
10. Have strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills and able to cooperate with overtime, night shifts, and weekend inspections (can be leave in lieu).
较强的沟通协调和报告能力，能配合加班，夜班和周末巡查(可调休)。
