ACCOUNTABILITY/RESPONSIBILITY 1. Be responsible for routine series purchasing of oversea trading parts and raw materials according to 12 months rolling forecast (S&OP horizon) aligned with business strategies. 2. Generate and adjust PO to internal & external suppliers based on MRP and special notification from planning or customer care teams. 3. Track order acknowledgment and take effort to mitigate supply gap on both trading parts and raw materials through multiple channels and methods. 4. Be responsible for intercompany series purchasing parts RFQ and price maintain. 5. Reduce inventory, check stock regularly and push the overdue materials quality re-checking to guarantee the storage location accuracy. 6. Return defective products to suppliers. Co-work with SQE on claims against suppliers. 7. Monitor inbound shipment and control air freight cost. 8. Keep productive communication for operational synergy and cross functional collaboration. 9. Achieve stakeholder satisfactory.
REQUIREMENT Education & Professional Background: 1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, statistic, electrical engineering or other relevant major 2. More than 2 years of purchase planning or supply chain experience, preferably automotive industry 3. Strong problem shooting capability and be good at effective communication with oversea suppliers 4. Excellent data analysis skills, Excel, and Power BI etc 5. Be familiar with ERP system e.g., Infor, SAP
