1.1 Position The Marketing & Operation Officer will be responsible to manage the Swiss Center Changzhou daily operations, to ensure the quality of its facility’s services, and to maintain the good relations with the SC members, partners, and governmental bodies in Changzhou.
The position is based in Changzhou, and reports to the General Manager.
1.2 Tasks & Responsibilities 61 Be the owner of the high quality, Swiss image of Swiss Center Changzhou and ensure it is maintained and developed 61 Keep the facility of Swiss Center Changzhou in order, ensure its smooth operations 61 Office administration and management of the daily activities 61 Manage and promote the premises to potential customers, engage new companies to reach and maintain a full occupancy of the premise 61 Acquire new clients and partners and create a vibrant and useful network locally; strive to provide the needed support and services to the clients in Changzhou 61 Build and maintain good relations with the Swiss businesses and communities in Changzhou 61 Build and maintain good relations with the Chinese local authorities and service providers 61 Contribute to the recruitment of new SC members and renewal of existing members, propose and develop the new services for SC members and partners 61 Receive delegations, organize events, and represent SC at various events and fairs in Changzhou 61 Support Marketing & Event manager of Swiss Center Shanghai in marketing and promotion tasks, including website, social media, newsletter release, and contribute to the PR and other marketing materials as brochures and presentations 61 Frequent business trips to Shanghai
The above tasks will usually be implemented in collaboration with the headquarter in Shanghai.

2.3 Requirements: 61 Native Chinese 61 Good knowledge about Switzerland or who can demonstrate experience with western companies and cultures, and knowledge of their ways of “doing business” 61 University degree in Economics, Business Administration and Public Relations or related fields 61 Experience in sales, marketing or promotion, event organization, or administration and project management
