Responsibilities
1. Perform complex maintenance tasks for utilities ，do the daily check and spot check for the equipment. Ensure the equipment is operating normally.
点检及巡查本部门的设施设备，每天按固定路线认真检查所有设备及设施，确保设施设备运行正常；
2. Proficient in operating and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment belonging to the department, assisting equipment manufacturers in maintaining equipment such as air compressors, Chillers, and Fire proventive system.
熟练操作和维护部门所属的机械和电气设备，协助设备厂家保养空压机、冷冻机、消防等设备；
3. Perform other duties as required. Identify & record any problem relating to t the product, process and quality system.
处理工厂每天的应急维修和设备参数的调整；
4. Perform and evaluate daily rounds and complete record keeping.
执行和评估日常运转和记录；
5. Assist facilities engineers in evaluating equipment/system operating characteristics against design requirements. Recommend changes/ modifications as appropriate.
针对设计要求，协助设施工程师对机器进行维修；
6. Obey plant EHS management policy, do well related work of ISO14001.
配合工厂EHS管理要求，切实做好本部门的ISO14001相关工作；
7. Learn EHS knowledge, cooperate with plan to do EHS work, make sure not violate EHS laws and regulations or company related policy.
认真学习EHS知识，配合工厂EHS工作，确保本部门不违背EHS法律法规及公司文件规定。
Requirements：
1. Vocational education or above, in Mechanical, Electrical.
中专以上学历，机械或电气类专业
2. Minimum 1 years directly related experience as a facility maintenance technical or HVAC technical；Excellent fresh graduates can also.
有1年以上直接维修和维护暖通技术经验, 优秀的应届毕业生也可以。
3. Dehumidify、compressor、 High voltage distribution experience are preferred.
有除湿机、空压机、高压配电的操作维护经验更佳；
4. Be able to operate PC based applications.
操作PC基础应用软件；
5. Understand the requirements of ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949 quality management systems.
了解ISO9001：2015&IATF16949质量管理体系要求。
6. Low / High voltage qualified is preferred.
低压、高压证书更佳。
