Duties and responsibilities 职责和责任:
1. Act as a technical liaison between suppliers, sourcing managers, SIM, QA and the engineering community.

2. Manage sourcing activity coordination and processes for sourcing duties relating to new product development including leading or participating in supplier selection, capability assessment, quality improvement, and supplier readiness. Typically assigned to technically complex projects.

3. Research new technologies with potential to enhance existing product offerings or that could provide new avenues for product solutions.

4. Evaluate feasibility and facilitate the implementation of supplier developed content in product offerings.

6. This position requires travel to suppliers.

7. Optimize and implement sourcing strategy of responsible material category, to reach the best balance among price, quality, OTIF, and payment term etc.

8. Develop strategic suppliers, to support BHS business growth from cost, quality, and capacity perspectives. Therein, sub-contracting/outsourcing ability will be a key as a strategic supplier.

9. Manage overall purchase cost for responsible material category, to achieve company’s annual cost down target.

10.Identify and fix supplier for new parts in a very short period, to ensure the project OTIF and reasonable price level.

Requirements任职要求:
1. A minimum of bachelor's degree – Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. 本科以上学历-机械、制造或电气工程。

3. Knowledge of Capex investment requirements and Sourcing and Cost controls. 了解固定资产投资的要求及采购和成本控制。
