Assist the management in various administrative activities of the plant so that the resources are used effectively and economically. These activities may include but not limited to Purchasing, EHS, Accounts pay/receivable, HR etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for accounts payable and receivable – ensure timely and accurate processing. 2. Responsible for timely and accurate support of all local initiatives of an administrative nature – training and development records, tasks identified by the local quality & environment system, various monthly reports etc. 3. Responsible for daily and accurate invoicing of shipped product and summarization of supporting data. 4. Responsible for purchasing work of Plant. 5. Responsible for all in house human resources duties _ new hires, terminations, insurance, worker’s compensation, time keeping system, associate inquiries, etc. Ensure that appropriate documentation is forward to either HR or Payroll. 6. Answer telephones, process mail, leads day to day management of the office. 7. Responsible for assisting SHE manager/PM to carry out SHE work in the factory. 8. Responsible for external liaison with government departments (environmental protection bureau, emergency management bureau, social security, etc.) 9. Be part of the sustainability group to drive CO2 reductions every year 10. Other affairs arranged by PM.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education _ College degree or equivalent/above 2. Minimum 3 years’ general office or accounting experience. Familiar with applicable employment laws. 3. Language skill _ Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in written English. 4. Must possess supervisory skill and be able to effectively direct and prioritize the work of others. 5. High proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. 6. Strong organizational and interpersonal skill, must have excellent multi-tasking skill and ability to prioritize work flow. 7. Good professional dedication and ethics. 8. Familiar with ISO14001 and IATF16949 basic knowledge / requirements, able to establish and maintain relevant management system. 9. Although directly reporting to Plant Manager, must be comfortable functioning in a matrix organization with strong dotted line reporting to Finance and HR and SHE.
