岗位职责: 1. Business Development.业务发展. 1)Find and Develop target pursuits and close customer business. 寻找和开发目标客户,密切客户业务 2)Build long-term relationships with customers to enable deeper penetration into key accounts 与主要客户建立长期合作关系,以深入打入主要客户 3).Develop sales channel & marketing strategy (digital & conventional) 开发销售渠道和营销策略(数字和传统) 4)Participate in local/overseas trade shows/customer visits. 参加本地/海外贸易展/客户参观。 5)Develop & execute Digital Marketing Strategy制定并执行数字营销策略 6)Develop the required quotation proposals for submission to customers in a timely fashion 制定所需的报价方案,并及时提交给客户 7)Interface with customers in visitor ns, surveys and audits 在拜访、调查和审核中与客户沟通 8)Assist in developing Capex analysis for new project investments to meet ROI requirements. 协助开发新项目投资的资本支出分析,以满足投资回报率要求。 9)Assist in developing revenue and budget forecasts for business activities。 协助制定业务活动的收入和预算预测。 2.Project Management.项目管理 1) Assisting in ensuring a proper qualification of new projects and successful integration with all departments and supporting functions within the organisation to achieve successful program 'kick-off' 协助确保新项目的适当资格,并与组织内所有部门和支持职能成功整合,以实现项目的成功启动 2)Coordinate and lead internal discussions o on ‘project briefs', supply contract reviews and all relevant business activities. 协调并领导内部对“项目简报”、供应合同评审和所有相关业务活动的讨论。 3)Enable and coordinate activities pertaining to achieving excellent Key Account Management. 启动和协调与实现卓越的大客户管理相关的活动。 任职要求: Requirements: 1.A bachelor's degree or above 本科及以上学历. 2.At least 5 years of business development roles in a medical device .manufacturing or related industry. 至少5年医疗器械制造或相关行业的业务开发工作经验. 3.Familiar with injection molding, extrusion and blow molding industry and its related materials and process flow. 熟悉注塑、挤塑和吹塑行业及其相关材料和工艺流程等 4.Knowledge of QMS and manufacturing processes. 了解质量管理体系和生产流程. 5.Proficiency in English and MS Office skills. 熟练的英语和办公软件技能 6.A self-starter with determination to succeed. 积极主动,有成功的决心 7.The plant is located in Changzhou, possibility this position could be worked from home. 工厂在江苏常州,该职位有可能可以在家办公。
