Position Description：
You will be responsible for on-site guidance and technical support for precast machinery installation, inspection and confirmation, rectification implementation and acceptance, etc. The Service Engineer answers and solves after sales related problems from customers.
The Service Engineer reports to Technical Support Manager of the company and works for Technical Department.

Responsibilities：
1.On-site guidance and technical support for precast machinery installation, welding supervisory, inspection and confirmation, rectification implementation and acceptance, etc.
2.Answer and solve after sales related problems from customers.
3.Responsible for the technical training of users according to the operation manual.
4.Report to supervisor regularly and accept inspection and supervision.
5.Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager.
6.Comply with the company's ESH regulations, policies, and requirements.
Requirements and skills：
1.College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering and automation, etc., familiar with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic automation control principle.
2.1-3 years’ service engineer working experiences. Work experience on relevant electrical commissioning and mechanical installation and management is preferred, i.e., Pre-sales and after-sales project installation and management experience.
3.Good command of oral and written English.
4.Proficient in office software and programming applications.
5.Good communication and coordination skills, smart, honest, and trustworthy, teamwork spirit.
6.Able to travel and willing to be assigned by the company to work abroad or train.
