Responsibility 岗位职责：
1、New model development: 新型号开发
Ensure new product all technical problem have been solved before release to production line 确保新产品开发型号投产前，所有技术问题得到有效解决
Communicate and technical support to involved internal & external people of PE工艺部门间的交流和技术支持
Ensure new projects implement and control according to original requirement in order to match company strategy确保新型号执行和控制时在战略上满足公司的基本要求
2、New machine investment 新设备投资
Implement new machine investment according to company standard strictly严格按照公司流程执行设备投资
Control technical proposal implementation effectively and sufficient original requirement during new machine investment把控设备投资的技术方案得到有效实施并满足使用需求
3、Localization project management 国产化项目管理
Implement localization project according to related company standard process strictly严格依据国产化项目管理流程，开展相关工作
Satisfy Q, C, D index from localization project requirement满足国产化项目的Q, C, D 等相关指标的要求
4、Technical problem solving on workshop 现场技术支持解决
Focus on pump assembly, painting and packing process 关注在水泵组装，喷漆和包装工序
Quality improvement through process methodology optimization通过工艺调整进行质量改善活动
5、Daily work 日常工作
TA reduction actions implementation 工时下降活动开展
Task force from own-department部门安排的其它工作
Process automation level enhance deployment 生产过程自动化水平提升项目开展

Requirement要求：
1、Major in mechanical or electrical engineering, bachelor’s degree or above.机械或电气相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、3 years’ PE experience in mass manufacturing industry, pump process experience is preferred.3年批量制造业，生产工艺经历, 有水泵工艺经验优先
3、Experience of new production line and equipment investment具备新产线和相关设备投资经验
4、Fluent in spoken and written English 英语听说读写流利
5、Soft skill技能与能力
Good at communication, Cooperation with other colleagues 比较好的与同事沟通，协调能力
Problem solving & result oriented 问题解决能力和结果导向
Good ability to work under pressure.具备良好的工作承压能力
Proficient in Office and Auto CAD software熟练使用office及Auto CAD绘图软件
