岗位职责:
1.Lead and manage the sales activities for industrial products in the designated region.

2.Develop strategic sales plans for the industrial market and ensure successful implementation.

3.Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers to maximize long-term relationships and revenue opportunities.

4.Actively acquire new customers and manage relationships with existing customers in the industrial sector.

5.Develop technical and commercial solutions for potential customers and respond promptly to customer RFQs.

6.Support the Inovan sales organization by conducting ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the industrial sector.

7.Monitor the market and assess competitive activities.

专业要求:
615 - 10 years of professional sales experience within the industrial sector. Sales leadership experience is preferable.
5 - 10年工业行业专业销售经验。有销售领导经验者优先。
61Successful studies in engineering or a related technical background.
工程或相关技术背景的成功学习。
61Good understanding of industrial technology. Experience in metal products for various applications is preferable.
