Job location: Current resident in Changzhou or Wuxi but with frequent travels between Wuxi, Changzhou and Shanghai.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - Proven track record as finance manager in an international manufacturing corporation or related experience. - 12+ years finance experience in a multinational company with reporting to foreign HQ; 5+ years’ experience managing a team. - BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus. - CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus. - Consulting/ Financial Advisory background is a strong plus. - Able to speak fluent English. - Age mid 30 to 40 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports. - Compliance Oversight: Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards. - Risk Management: Identification and Mitigation of Financial Risks, provide insights into the financial health of the organization through detailed financial analysis. - Oversee all audit and internal control operations. - Forecasting and Planning Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. - Analyze revenues, expenses, and monthly actual to ensure accuracy and perform variance analyses to ensure financial performance of the business. - Facilitate ad-hoc and cross-functional strategic and operational projects and execute on strategic projects independently and with Business leaders. - Create and build models and in-depth analyses to provide insights to key decision-makers in investment and operational strategies.
