岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. 加工中心夹具、刀具的选择和优化
MC fixture, tooling and insert selecting and optimizing.
2. 加工中心调机，编程，程序调整和优化
Responsible for the set-up, update and optimize the existing MC program
3. 保养机台，处理相关的机床故障
Maintenance machine, can handle simple machine accidents
4. 按时完成生产任务，保证所加工的产品质量合格率，按要求完成记录。
Complete production tasks on time, ensure the quality pass rate of processed products, and complete records as required.
5. 对调机员及操作工，进行指导并培训
Provide guidance and training for operators
6. 及时处理加工异常问题
Timely handling of processing issues
7. 完成领导交代的其他任务
Fulfill other tasks assigned by leaders


任职资格Qualification：
1.数控专业、机械制造或相关领域的大专及以上学历
College degree or above in CNC major, mechanical manufacturing or related field
2.至少具备10年以上加工中心编程和操作经验，持有数控加工相关的专业认证者优先
At least 10 years of machining center programming and operation experience, holding CNC machining related professional certification is preferred
3. 可熟练运用手动或软件进行程序编制并进行操作
Proficient in manual or software programming and operation
4.接受公司加班和倒班安排
Accept the company's overtime and shift arrangements

6.有很强的EHS（安全/环保/健康）意识和质量意识
