负责对国外过来的阀门产品设计图纸进行本地化转换，根据本地工厂及供应链的制造和工艺能力对国外设计进行优化和提升，以达到可制造性、经济性、质量稳定性的综合目标。具体任务如下：
Responsible for localizing and converting valve product design drawings from abroad, optimizing and improving foreign designs based on the manufacturing and process capabilities of local factories and supply chains, in order to achieve comprehensive goals of manufacturability, economy, and quality stability. The specific tasks are as follows:
1. 负责产品的系列化的设计计算和技术数据准备，如操作扭矩、推力、流通能力等
Responsible for the design calculation and technical data preparation of product serialization, such as operating torque, thrust, flow capacity, etc.
2. 负责产品的设计文件包制作
Responsible for the production of product design document packages
3. 负责产品的制造工艺路线设计
Responsible for designing the manufacturing process route
4. 负责产品的设计规范、制造规范、检验规范、采购规范、外观规范、标识规范的制定
Responsible for the development of product design specifications, manufacturing specifications, inspection specifications, procurement specifications, appearance specifications, and marking specifications
5. 负责产品的标准质量控制流程（ITP/QCP）规划
Responsible for planning the standard quality control process (ITP/QCP)
6. 负责产品的特殊设计
Responsible for the special design
7. 负责产品在导入阶段的项目管理
Responsible for project management of products during the industrialization phase
8. 负责产品的产品文件制作，如产品样本、使用说明书
Responsible for the production of product documents, such as product booklets and user manuals
9. 负责产品的产品制造成本数据的统计和分析
Responsible for the statistics and analysis of product manufacturing cost data
10. 负责标准产品BOM建立
Responsible for establishing the standard product BOM
11. 负责标准产品确认图的设计
Responsible for designing the standard product approval drawings
12. 负责产品的特殊设计可行性审查
Responsible for feasibility review of special design of products
13. 负责产品的特殊设计和备品备件的成本数据准备
Responsible for preparing cost data for special product design and spare parts
14. 负责产品的第三方测试和认证、客户测试和认证的处理，如CE/PED、TSG、API等
Responsible for handling third-party testing and certification of products, customer testing and certification, such as CE/PED, TSG, API, etc.
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，机械类专业优先；
2、在电力和石化行业阀门的研发、设计和开发有5年及以上工作经验；
3、英语CET4级、会使用AutoCAD和某些3D软件，如CFD；
4、熟悉阀门设计标准，例如ASME、GB、DIN/EN等；
5、有责任心、细致耐心、有上进心和主动精神、团队合作精神。
