岗位职责Job Description：
1. 负责公司铸造、锻造及相关半成品物料的资源开发及前期采购，参与供应商的认证，与之建立良好关系。
2. 负责与供应商签订采购合同并督促合同的如期履行、下达订单、跟踪进度及交货情况，以及定期制作采购报表、进行采购分析等。
3. 准备、安排、协调和监督指定的工程开发项目。对项目的进度进行跟踪及管控，识别项目风险并制定措施予以规避。推进产品立项到转产的整个过程，做好研发中心与生产的对接。
4. 完成上级布置的其他服务工作。
1. Responsible for the company's casting, forging and related semi-finished materials resource development and preliminary procurement, participate in the certification of suppliers, and establish good relations with them.
2. Responsible for signing procurement contracts with suppliers and supervise the timely fulfilment of the contract, placing orders, tracking progress and delivery, as well as regular production of procurement reports, procurement analysis, etc.
3. Prepares, schedules, coordinates and supervises assigned engineering development projects. Track and control the progress of projects, identify project risks and develop measures to avoid them. Promote the whole process from product project to production transfer, and do the interface between R&D centre and production.
4. Other tasks assigned by superior.
任职资格Job Requirement:
1、 本科及以上学历（理工类工科专业如工业工程、机械工程、供应链管理等）
2、 2年或以上工作经验；有项目协调经验者优先
3、 具有铸造及锻造及机械加工等工艺知识者优先考虑
4、 良好的商务谈判技巧和积极主动的资源协调能力
5、 熟悉如SAP等主流EPR系统者优先
6、 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
1、Bachelor degree or above (engineering major such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, etc.)
2、Minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in project coordination is preferred
3、Knowledge of casting and forging and machining processes is preferred
4、Good business negotiation skills and proactive coordination of resources
5、SAP or other major ERP system experience desirable
6、Fluent commend of English, both written and spoken
