Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management Elaboration and implementation of sales strategy precision measurement, based on the sales strategy precision measurement and in accordance with Sales Direction Support and Input for definition, enhancement or diminishment of product portfolio Support with the determination of sales figures Thorough documentation of customer data, conversations, visit reports and other defined documents and data within CRM system Control and maintain the annual budget and expenses in a self-dependent way 2. Customer service Single point of contact for all customer inquiries in the field of precision measurement. Interact with Isabellenhuette’s internal staff to respond in a timely and detailed manner to customer inquiries, to monitor projects and communicate project related information between the customer and Project Management at Isabellenhuette Prepare and carry out customer visits independently in a reasonable frequency with regards to travel budget and customer requirement Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain and demonstrate Isabellenhuette precision measurement products to customers and prospective customers Provide technical training for distribution and selected customers Processing of customer complaints in collaboration with Quality Management 3 Marketing and Business Development Attend relevant trade shows and conferences in order to build customer network, gather technical and market information and present product portfolio Lead exhibition booth at selected trade shows to represent the company and present product portfolio Collect market information in central CRM system to allow the marketing department to carry out market analysis Confer with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine component requirements as an input for portfolio management 4. Quoting and contracting Self-dependent elaboration of quotations for standard ISAscale products Elaboration of quotations for customized products / special projects in accordance with Sales Direction Preparation and implementation of frame contracts and other sales related customer agreements in accordance with Sales Direction Keeping track of expiring frame contracts Execution of sales negotiations in accordance with Sales Direction

Manage customer relationships – Manages customer interactions and relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Product - Able to represent the features and benefits to sell the products. Able to recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create benefits for the customer. Able to communicate these feature/benefits effectively and persuasively.
Requirement Experience in hardware development in measurement electronics, power electronics Familiar with the design process from concept through circuit design and system integration Hands-on experience with board and system bring-up and troubleshooting Experienced in systems firmware Sales experience Ability to travel internationally Good communication skills; Oral and written English skills is a must
Education Bachelor or above Degree in electronics, industrial engineering or equivalent professional qualification
