Qualification:
61 Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Business or Equivalent.
61 3+ years international purchasing experiences in manufacturing industry. Especially in mould area.
61 Strong oral and written English communication skills.
61 Knowledge of Purchasing procedures, proficient with SAP/ERP software is a plus.

Area of Responsibility / Duties:
61 Process purchase requests for HGC, ensure requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Follows up on placed and open orders to eliminate delays and communicates the expected delivery date to the departments. Negotiates replacement or refund of defective products with suppliers.
61 Process requests by researching availability of materials with multiple suppliers, negotiating cost to ensure optimal price and placing orders.
61 Obtains materials, equipment, services or supplies from nationwide and worldwide market at lowest cost consistent with required quality, quantity and availability. Actively researches and develops new sources of supply and/or recommends possible substitute materials.
61 Maintain purchasing data to assure efficiency and data integrity. Insures purchasing information is up to date including pricing, purchase orders, suppliers, etc.
61 Collect and organize contracts, agreements and other related documents.
61 Demonstrate purchase behavior consistent with the HEINZ-Glas Core Values and regional government compliance.
