a.Having experience in determining which clothing size and specifications are suitable for the European and Mexican markets;有确定哪些服装尺寸和规格适合欧洲和墨西哥市场的经验；
b.主要按客户和公司要求对品质管控，每单大货按初期/中期/尾期分阶段验货，按AQL标准及相关客户标准管控品质，保证整单大货从上线到最后出货的品质达标，并对验货时的每个细节问题提出改善意见，并监督和评估工厂的品质改善状况。Mainly based on customer and company requirements for quality control, each bulk order is inspected in stages according to initial/mid-term/final stages, and quality is controlled according to AQL standards and relevant customer standards to ensure that the quality of the entire bulk order meets the standards from launch to final shipment. Improvement suggestions are proposed for every detail during inspection, and the factory's quality improvement status is supervised and evaluated.
c.Have good experience in checking the garment shape and fitting; Knows how to check if the fitting is good, and also knows how to adjust it after find the problems in fitting;02有良好的服装造型和合身度检测经验；知道如何检查配件是否良好，也知道在发现配件问题后如何调整；
d.Experience in working with top brand02garment02will be better.02有***服装工作经验者优先。
e.Good team player and be able to work under high pressure 团队合作，抗压性强；
f.Well-organized person and able to work independently; you will report to and assisting operation manager as a beginning, and eventually will handle project independently.有条理，独立完成工作；协助运营经理汇报，并最终能独立完成项目。
g.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; has the ability to deal with various people 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力，有处理各种问题的能力
