Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Delivery Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Service – APAC & LAC, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Lead and manage the delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from inception to completion.
61 Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
61 Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, R&D, and commissioning.
61 Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
61 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and its respective procedures.
61 Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
61 Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
61 Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
61 Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
61 Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
61 Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
61 Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project team members.
61 Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on project sites.
61 Develop and manage project resource plans, including staffing and equipment needs.
61 Support business development efforts by providing technical input and project insights.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
61 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on utilityscale BESS or renewable energy projects.
61 Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
61 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
61 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
61 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
61 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
61 Willingness to travel as required.
