工作职责：
The primary objective of this position is focus on project transfer from internal and external, and local NPI project management;

Continuously work within and outside of Trauson to implement corporate objectives.

Work with cross functional teams to drive projects to maintain progress to project timelines.

Responsible for project planning, progress control, and post-project support to teams to ensure smooth and successful transferring and final results.
负责项目计划和进度控制， 提供项目完成后的支持，已确保最终的结果。
Responsible for forming the project team, leading and motivating the cross functional project team members.
负责构建项目团队，领导并带领跨部门的项目团队成员。
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team members’capability ready and project related knowledge and technology to be properly transferred.
与相关方协作确保项目成员具备相应能力，以及项目过程中知识与技能的传承。 Other tasks assigned.

任职要求：
B.S. in Engineering, or above is preferred. 理工科学士学位及以上。
PMP certificate is a plus. 有PMP证书者更佳。
At least 5+ years related experience.
五年以上相关工作经验。
Experience in international project management .
国际项目经验。
Experience in forming and leading the cross functional project teams,.
组建跨部门项目团队和领导团队的经验。"
Expertise in the project management skills and tools.
精通项目管理。 Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills, including fluent English writing and speaking
