主要职责：
61 Keep working environment safe, secure, clean, and healthy, identify and report potential unsafe
situations and take actions or provide suggestions for further safety improvement.
保持工作环境的安全、整洁，识别和报告潜在的不安全状况，并采取行动或者提出安全改进的建
议；
61 Ensure rubber mixing & testing work to be well carried out in lab under company regulations by
following lab quality system (ISO 17025).
根据公司的要求以及实验室质量体系的规定，确保橡胶加工和测试工作的顺利进行；
61 Conduct regular maintenance on rubber mixing & testing equipment.
对实验室的橡胶加工和测试设备进行日常维护和管理；
61 Improve rubber testing capability by continuously method realization and development so as to
expand the testing scope.
通过不断的开发新的测试方法，提高橡胶的测试能力，从而扩大测试范围；
61 Provide rubber testing training to both inside colleagues and outside customer according to the
business requirements.
根据业务的需求，为内部同事和外部客户提供橡胶测试方面的培训；
61 Follow the requirements of lab quality system (ISO 17025) in daily rubber mixing and testing work
and contribute on continuous quality improvement.
在日常的工作中，始终遵循实验室质量体系(ISO 17025)的要求，并为持续的质量改进做出贡献；

Main Requirements：
岗位要求：
61 Bachelor’s degree in polymer material and rubber etc. related.
本科学历 ，高分子材料及橡胶等相关专业;
61 At least 1 years’ work experience related, excellent fresh graduate is also acceptable.
至少 1 年以上的相关的工作经验，优秀的应届毕业生亦可;
61Be enthusiastic for the laboratory work, preferably good knowledge about rubber mixing and testing
热爱实验室工作，具备良好的橡胶加工与测试方面的知识尤佳;
61 Be familiar with lab quality system (ISO 17025).
熟悉 ISO 17025 实验室质量体系;
61 Basic reading and written English skill.
基本的英语读、写能力;
61 Excellent skills of MS-office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
熟练操作 Office (Excel, Word, Outlook 等)
