Main responsibilities:
- Manage planning and procurement team on planning, purchase, and limited sourcing activity.
- Manage export business, including IC outbound, IC drop shipment and customer drop shipment.
- Manage Parts warehouse with support of warehouse team leader, including layout, parts reception, binning, picking, packing, and stock counting.
- Manage on time KPI reports and deep dive on need.
- Attend monthly department meeting and present for the team.
- Working with SAP, and export data for analysis.
- Support projects both locally and globally.
- Problem solving.
- Coach and lead the team.
- Communicate and cope with all related teams locally and globally.
- Other assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in supply chain management.
- Analytical thinking, pay attention to details
- Very good understanding about logistic concepts and processes
- SAP skills in MM, PP module
- Rich experience for coordination with different teams
- Multi culture working experience
- Team management/coaching experience
- Fluent communicate in both oral and written English.
- Work with Word, Excel Formula PIVOT, VLOOKUP, etc. , and PPT
