1. 负责注塑机行业非标自动化方案的电气方案与电气设计。
2. 负责非标自动化项目的电气选型和清单创建。
3. 负责标准设备和非标项目的电气图纸，气路图纸工作。
4. 负责工程自动化设备及PLC控制。
5. 负责安全回路设计。
6. 与装配团队和服务工程师一起测试和解决本地生产的部件和设备的故障
7. 提供服务工程师及时的支持
8. 上级交办的其他工作。
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Responsible for electrical plan and electrical design of non-standard automation solution in injection molding industry.
2. Responsible for electrical material selection and BOM created in non-standard automation project.
3. Responsible for electrical drawing of standard products and non-standard project, include the pneumatic parts.
4. Responsible for engineering automation equipment and PLC control
5. Responsible for safety circuit design
6. Testing and troubleshooting of locally produced parts and equipment with assembly team and service engineer.
7. Providing support to service engineers timely
8. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.
任职资格:
工作要求/标准
1. 自动化、软件工程、机电一体化等相关专业本科学历，专攻机器人自动化或电气工程者优先
2. 3-5年自动化系统、工程电气系统设计经验，包括自动化元件，plc，机器人，输送机，信号通信设计
3. 熟悉e-plan P8绘制设备和整个系统的电气图
4. 熟悉PLC编程，西门子,倍福PLC优先
5. 有低压电柜设计选型能力和经验
6. 熟悉SAP者优先
7. 能用英语进行有效的书面和口头交流
8. 结构性思维和分析性工作方式，具备果断和毅力的品质
9. 具有团队合作意识，愿意知识分享
10. 善于自我安排，责任心强
11. 接受国内和国际出差

Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):
1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as automation, software engineering, mechatronics, preferable a focus on robot automation or electrical engineering
2. 3-5 years of relevant working experience with automation systems, engineering electrical system design including automation components, PLCs, robots, conveyors, design of signal communication
3. Familiar with using e-plan P8 to draw electric plans for equipment and entire systems is a must
4. Familiar with PLC programming is a must, Siemens or Beckhoff PLC preferred
5. Having the design and material selection skill and experience of electrical cabinet.
6. Familiar with SAP preferred
7. Able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English
8. Structural thinking and an analytical working style, assertiveness and perseverance are your qualities
9. Team player with a sense of global cooperation and knowledge-sharing
10. Self-employed and responsible working style
11. Occasional domestic and international travel
