1.组织和管理研发团队，规范团队的技术交流、工作计划、项目实施进度；
Organize and manage the R&D team, standardize the technical communication, work plan and project implementation schedule of the team;

2.制定产品的技术规范以及工艺文件；
Make product technical specification and process files；

3.组织新产品的开发、试制，并根据试制的结果进行产品的评估及释放；
Make new product development, trial production, according to the result of test to make assessment and release of the product；

4.对材料供应商的产品性能及实验要求进行确认，并制定出公司的材料规范：
Make sure of material performance and test requirements for material, and develop the company's material specification；

5.支持新供应商的开发，并组织对新材料在产品上进行试制、评估；
Support the development of new suppliers, and organize trial production of the new materials in product；

6.从提高产品工艺稳定性，生产效率等方面进行生产及工艺的优化工作；
Make optimization of production, improve the production efficiency；

任职要求 Requirements：

1.大专及以上学历；
College degree or above；

2.具备5年以上电缆企业的工作经验；
At least 5 years cable company experience；

3.具有柔性电缆产品工程工作经验；
Have flexible cable product engineering experience；

4.熟悉柔性电缆的设计/电缆BOM的建立/电缆的相关标准，新产品的开发工作；
Familiar with the design of flexible cable/BOM of cables/standards of cables, new product development process;

5.善于与人沟通，有领导和团队管理能力；
Good communication skills, leadership and team management skills；

6.良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good ability for listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
