Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* As the stakeholder, mainly service oversea BUs to expand purchasing from LCCS side
* Manage resource to ensure results meet KPI targets (OTD, MPI and DPPM)
* Quick response and closely work with customers, other teams to solve product, quality issues
* Take responsibility of material owner management, such as creation & extension, MDG maintain, TP setup
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement activities
* Collaboration with local/global cross-functional teams
* Perform extra temporary or regular assignment accordingly
Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
* Education Background: Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major
* Working seniority: 2+ years engineering experience, 3+ years experiences as sourcing engineer
* Familiar with NPDI and ECM process
* Creative thinking and rich engineering experience
* Open minded, proactive work attitude, strong willing to change and result driven manner
* Strong communication and organizational skills: ability to work remotely and across cultures/time zones
* Good command in both written and spoken English, good English presentation and demonstration skill
* Be able to travel
