- Sales Management and business development for gas treatment systems in Greater China - Develop agent and distributor network throughout China - Analyze the market of the target sectors and identify trends and related opportunities - Develop and implement commercial strategy in accordance with the management - Formulation of commercial proposals to customers - Follow up of potential leads, from RFQ to the negotiation and the finalization of the sales contracts - Follow up of payment collections from customers - Continuous contact and follow up with existing and potential customers, in order to maintain good relationship and anticipate customer needs - Autonomously plan visits to existing and potential customers and issue related visit reports - Cooperate with management in the definition of yearly sales budgets - Timely update of customer information and offer follow up on company′s CRM, ensuring data correctness, completeness, and integrity
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of gas treatment equipment and odor control systems, such as chemical and biological scrubbers, biotrickling, carbon adsorption, etc. - Knowledge of the market in the environmental equipment sector, especially in the key target sectors (chemical, pharmaceutical, waste water treatment, solid waste treatment, kitchen waste treatment, animal rendering, fertilizer, food industry) - Basic knowledge of chemistry - Basic knowledge of thermodynamics - Basic knowledge of mechanics - Experience of working with international engineering companies, EPC companies and design institutes - Proven sales record in the sales of gas treatment systems for both international and domestic customers
