岗位职责: 1. 负责编制和维护设备预防性保养计划、润滑计划; Responsible to create and update preventive maintenance plan and lubrication plan; 2. 安排维修团队执行设备保养和维修工作,合理分配工作任务; Coordinate the maintenance team works and operate machine daily maintenance and repairing jobs; 3. 记录团队设备维修与保养工作的完成情况,处理维修团队报表; Record the result from daily jobs of maintenance team and update the reports; 4. 管理设备保养及维修备件库存; Manage spare parts stock for maintenance and repairing purpose; 5. 管理维修团队的工具仪表; Manage the necessary tools and equipment for maintenance team; 6. 设备维修保养资料的收集和管理; Collect and manage the information on machine maintenance and repairing; 7. 参与设备验收和设备保养培训; Join the machine inspection and maintenance training; 8. 编制和维护设备维护保养作业指导书等标准文件; Create and update maintenance standard document, like SOP; 9. 面向生产部门提供车间班组保养的培训,并监督生产部门班组保养和5S的执行情况; Provide basic maintenance training to workshop machine operators, monitoring the daily maintenance and 5S results of workshop; 10.日常设备巡检,对设备异常提出改善措施; Follow up the KPI of local maintenance team and provide actions; 11. 维修工作现场的5S工作; Monitoring the 5S operation at working place after maintain; 12.SAP系统维修订单维护、物料申请、设备创建、工时录入、保养计划维护等工作; Update the maintenance orders, apply materials, machine codes, labor upload and PMP update in SAP system; 13.监督生产部门设备点检表情况; Dynamic checking the equipment check list with production team; 岗位职责: 1. 大专及以上学历,电气或机械自动化相关专业。 Junior College degree or above, major backgrounds in electrical or automation。 2. 从事电子电器制造业一线设备维护三年及以上工作经验。 Experience with minimum 3 years on electric products production, PCBA production or related position. 3. 熟练使用办公软件,会简单制图软件,能看懂机械和电气图纸。 Familiar with office software, with ability of drawings. 4. 具有较强的沟通、组织和协调能力。 Good communication and schedule abilities. 5. 具有较强的进取心、责任感和执行力,能承受工作压力 Strong initiative, responsibility and execution, well prepared to work under pressure. 6. 有英文沟通能力者优先。 Priority with communication ability of English. 7. 有机械非标设备维护或焊接制程经验者优先; Priority with customized mechanical machines or welding process maintain. 8. 有TPM, WMS实施经验者优先。 Priority with TPM / WMS implement experience.
