Key Responsibilities: 1. 质量及食品安全体系的维护保持更新包括质量手册、HACCP手册、程序文件SOP等; Maintain and update the quality and food safety system including quality manual, HACCP manual, SOP, etc. 2. 新配方及代工产品(预混料、保健品、固体饮料等)生产许可的备案 Obtain the production license of new formulas and OEM products (premix, health products, solid drinks, etc.) 3. 新物料提交JAKIM HALAL、BPJPH Halal及OU Kosher批准,维护有效证书 Apply new material for JAKIM HALAL, BPJPH Halal and OU Kosher, maintain the validity of these certificates 4. 落实食品安全主体责任,协调领导公司“三件事” 日管控、周排查、月调度工作并每日上传; Carry out the main responsibility for food safety, coordinate and lead the company's daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling of the "three things", and upload them daily 5. 领导食品安全小组定期对质量体系及实施过程中的问题进行回顾和改进; Lead the food safety team to regularly review and improve the quality system and issues encountered during implementation 6. 领导和组织公司内审及管理评审; Lead and organize internal audits and management reviews within the company 7. 负责客户问卷、声明并就质量问题进行外部沟通; Responsible for customer questionnaire, statements, and external communication on quality issues. 8. 预混料及代工产品标签合规性审核; Premix and OEM product label compliance audit. 9. 客户及第三方审计的接待,及不符合项的跟进、提交等; Reception of customer and third-party audit, follow-up and submission of nonconformities, etc. 10. 内部相关法律法规的培训及监管部门新要求、文件的内部贯标; Training on related regulations, new requirements from regulators, and internal standardization of documents.
Competence Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree, Major in Food, Quality and Food Safety or Pharmaceutical 本科学历,食品、食品质量与安全及药学等相关专业 2. Min 3 years experience on QA, Familiar with QMS and FSMS (E.g. FSSC22000, BRC,cGMP) 3年以上质量工作经验,熟悉质量和食品安全体系,如FSSC22000, BRC,cGMP 3. Good communication skills, Fluent written and oral English. 良好的沟通能力,熟练的英语读写和英语口语
