工作职责:
Make reasonable production plan according to sales forecast and delivery
Order demand.
1.根据销售预测与发货订单需求，制定合理的生产计划；
Through the integration of department and company resources, to deal with production, quality, process and other aspects of abnormal problems.
2通过整合部门及公司资源，处理生产，质量，工艺等个环节的异常问题；
Pay attention to the implementation progress of key projects and help them coordinate resources to solve unexpected problems.
3关注重点项目的实施进度，帮助其协调资源并解决突发问题；
Make relevant material requirement plan according to weekly plan, regularly complete the review, purchase and timely delivery of ordered materials.
4根据周计划制定相关物料需求计划，定期完成订单物料的评审，购买和及时到货等情况；
Monitor and follow up the material plan, check and give feedback on the production materials to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
5监督并跟踪物料计划到货，生产用料的核查反馈，确保生产计划的顺利进行；
Strictly implement the plan order, coordinate and monitor all departments to complete the task on time;
6.严格执行生产订单，协调并督促各部门按时完成任务；
Manage material purchase, arrival and storage, analyze the reasonableness of inventory and improvement methods, and ensure the timeliness of material use.
7.管理物料采购、到货和存储情况，分析库存的合理性和改进方法，保证物料使用的及时性
Billing issue, check the data in SAP and customer side, find the difference and causes and solve, responsible for inventory corresponding.
8.开票问题，核对SAP发货和客户数据，找出差异和原因并解决，并与库存相吻合；
Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
9.遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
10.配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。
任职资格:
01 Associate or above degree.
大专或以上学历；
01 English in both oral and written.
会英语口语和书写；
01 Above 2 years of working experience in charge of master planning, in the field of machine manufacturing is a plus,.
2年以上汽车制造企业领域，有主生产计划工作经验者优先；
01 Excellent communication and coordination skills, rapid handing capability of urgent cases.
优秀的沟通协调,及紧急事件应急处理能力，
01 Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other office software，good command of SAP system
熟练使用Excel、word等办公软件，同时也会使用SAP系统操作；
