2. Participate in the selection of equipment, tools and materials based on requirements, assessing suitability, conducting supplier evaluations and purchase negotiations to ensure equipment quality and cost-effectiveness.

3. Responsible for the development and introduction of automated raw material warehouse and distribution, finished product warehouse, electrode section AGVs, pole roll caching warehouse, assembly section logistics line, etc.
负责自动化原材料库及配送、成品库，电极段AGV、极卷缓存库、装配段物流线等项目的开发导入；
4. Participate in the installation, debugging, and optimization work of production line equipment, introduce mass production work to batch complete parameter setting and debugging, solve technical problems in the production process, improve production efficiency and product quality.

5. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of relevant technical documentation, including operating instructions, operating procedures, etc., to ensure accuracy, timeliness and standardization of technical information.

要求：
1. Familiar with automation equipment repair and maintenance, familiar with CAD or SolidWorks drawing software, able to read and understand PLC programs and equipment drawings, understand the principle of CCD, etc., with a solid theoretical foundation of digital and analog circuits, as well as the ability to write PLC programs.
熟悉自动化设备维修和保养，熟悉CAD或SolidWorks制图软件，能看懂PLC程序和设备图纸，了解CCD原理等，具备扎实的数字模拟电路理论基础，以及PLC程序编写能力；
2. Excellent project management skills (schedule management, quality management, cost management, and communication management), timely and systematic identification of project risks, and full communication of solutions with horizontal departments and suppliers to reach a consensus and reach a resolution, and effectively push forward.
优秀的项目管理能力(进度管理、质量管理、成本管理以及沟通管理)，及时且系统地识别项目风险，跟横向部门以及供应商充分沟通解决方案，形成共识达成决议并有效推进；
3. Led or participated in AGV logistics systems, automated warehouse planning, line planning, workflow, equipment and components selection, and installation and commissioning.
