Your Tasks:
84 Your overarching task is to ensure that customer orders are produced and delivered on time.
84 In your dual role as planner and purchaser, you are responsible for planning all internal and external production steps in China.
84 You create production plans based on production orders (internal) or orders (external) that optimize the use of resources (in terms of costs) and ensure reliable delivery to customers.
84 As a Junior Buyer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for all purchasing activities for selected product groups, including global supplier identification, selection and development together with the responsible strategic buyer.
84 You will bring negotiations to a successful conclusion and conduct annual price negotiations with established suppliers independently or together with the Head of Purchasing or the responsible strategic buyer.
84 In addition, you are a competent contact person for customs and export matters.
84 Using rolling analyses, you determine the viability of the production plans and identify bottlenecks in the local production process.
84 As a local production planner, you also keep an eye on whether the supply of semi-finished and finished goods to the plant is sufficient to supply local customers.
84 At the same time, you support central capacity planning with capacity information.
84 With your expertise and experience, you help us to establish local and globally functioning planning and purchasing processes.

Your qualifications:
84 Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification or relevant training
84 Your analytical and structured way of working enables you to understand complex correlations and communicate them to others in an easy-to-understand way.
84 Thanks to your high intercultural competence combined with strong communication skills, you will fit perfectly into our production network.
84 Your entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour helps to build the new factory quickly.
84 Your self-confident manner combined with your assertiveness is the basis of your negotiating skills
84 Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement
84 Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in the field of production planning and control
84 Experience in customs and export
84 You have experience with ERP (ideally SAP) and MES systems
84 Al well, you are confident handling MS Office
