工作职责:
1.Be responsible for daily management of production site and ensure normal operation of production;
负责生产现场的日常管理，保证生产工作的正常运行。
2.Be responsible for safety management and implement according to requirements of safety management system and safety management regulations;
负责安全管理，按照安全管理体系和安全管理规定的要求执行。
3.Be responsible for KPI target management, ensure rational allocation of various resources and implement continuous improvement; carry out continuous improvement activities, continuously implement optimization and reduce production cost;
负责KPI目标管理，确保各项资源的合理化配置并实施持续改善，开展持续改善活动，不断实施优化，降低生产成本。
4.Responsible for personnel management, including personnel requirements, scheduling, allocation, training and teaching, performance evaluation and rank promotion;
负责人员管理，包括人员的需求，调度，分配；培训与教导；绩效考核与职级普升。
5.Be responsible for quality management and implement according to the requirements of quality management system; form Lesson learn for customer complaints and production quality problems. Training and implementation of improvement measures;
负责质量管理，按照质量管理体系要求执行，对于客诉，生产质量问题，形成Lesson learn,培训并落实改善措施。
6.Be responsible for planning management, production scheduling on production site, tracking production progress, ensuring that all production resources meet production needs and ensure output and delivery;
负责计划管理，负责生产现场的生产调度，跟踪生产进度，确保各项生产资源满足生产需求，保证产出和交付。
7.Be responsible for daily ambulatory management, inspection of various problems, 5S, safety risks, quality risks, violations of laws and regulations in the production process; regular reporting, statistics and daily production data reporting; analysis of abnormal conditions, optimization measures and implementation plan; statistics, analysis and reporting of weekly and monthly reports;
负责开展每日走动管理，检查生产过程中的各项问题，5S，安全风险，质量风险，违纪违规行为等,定期汇报，统计并汇报每日生产数据；对于异常情况的分析，优化措施以及实施计划；周，月度报告的统计，分析，汇报等。
任职资格:
1.College degree or above ,major in science and engineering or management is preferred
大专及以上学历,理工和管理类专业优先；
2.Ability to write emails and reports in English.
能够使用英语书写邮件和报告
3.More than 3 years workshop management experience in auto parts industry, preferably in Passenger car industry, familiar with IATF16949 quality system requirements and priority is given to the passenger car industry.
三年以上汽车零部件行业车间管理工作经验，熟悉IATF16949质量体系要求，乘用车行业优先；
4.Follow the line management, shift daily working hours 8-12 hours
跟线管理，倒班，每日工作时间8-12小时
