? Lead strategic projects for production line transfer and optimization.

? Implement the daily visual management program for the site and drive the problem-solving culture.

? Improve key business metrics of safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, productivity, gross profit, inventory and EBITDA by implementing, supporting & leading lean and continuous improvement activities.

? Promote and facilitate shop floor workflow analysis and implement standard work to achieve improvement priorities in a sustainable manner via process-based improvements.

? Support production team to create future state improvement roadmaps with clear executable plans that are in line with the business strategies or KPI improvement needs.

任职资格
? Bachelor’s Degree or above
本科及以上学历
? 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with assignments in project management/lean manufacturing.
5年以上在快节奏的制造业环境中从事项目管理/精益生产的工作经验。
? Strong project management skill. Able to establish and track an integrated project schedule and metrics that accurately measure progress.
较强的项目管理能力。能够建立和跟踪一个集成的项目时间表和指标，准确地衡量进度。
? Hands-on experience implementing Lean in manufacturing and transactional areas including “big picture” improvements.
在制造和交易领域实施精益的实践经验，包括“大局”改进。
? Experience analyzing and defining road maps for improvement in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, and other business functions.
