RESPONSIBILITY：
1. Project-oriented spinning planning including the entire planning technical work of spinning
- new plants
- reorganizations
- modernizations
- extensions
2. In the form of layouts, scheduling plan, whose formative design and finality mung as:
- (QL) Quotation layout
- (FL) Foundation layout
- (PL) Piping layout
- (EL) Electric supply layout
- (CL) Compressed air supply layout
- (EC) Electric and compressed air supply
- (NW) Network layout
- (SL) SERVOlap layout
- (TL) Transport system layout
- (LC) Conformation layout
- (MD) Machine individual drawing
3. Authorization for release of layouts and plant
4. Give information and advice concerning mill planning
5. Other works assigned by superior

REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree in Textile Engineer or Mechanical Design
2. English skills (oral and written)
3. Skills in Unigraphics and AutoCad
4. Skills in Office Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio etc.
5. Has mill planning experience will be prefer
6. Strong communication skills
7. Responsible working attitude and customer oriented
