工作职责: 1. 负责客户反馈的质量异常 Report customer’s feedback, Handle customer's complaints and suggestions with a timely and effective manner. 2. 生产过程中的质量异常处理,会同相关部门分析并制定改进方案、跟踪Handle quality issue in the production process, Work with related departments to analyze and develop improvement plan 3. 质量目标的监测,异常时及时采取有效措施 Monitoring quality objective, Handle exceptions in a timely manner 4. 主导客户审核 Be responsible for auditing work including customer audit 5. 完成上级交办的其它工作任务。Other duties as assigned
岗位要求: 1. 本科以上学历 University degree and above 2. 熟悉ISO9001 体系 Familiar with ISO9001 system 3. 熟悉运用8D、5why、鱼骨图等质量工具,具备问题推动及分析解决能力Familiar with 8D, 5why, fishbone Diagram and other quality tools, analyses and resolve problems exercising good judgement. 4. 良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English in write and read 5. 工作积极主动,服从工作安排,有良好的团队合作精神.
